Custom design, engineering, and fabrication solutions for the modern tactical marketplace.
Digitally rendered Safariland Less-Lethal projectile/launcher display
Sierra November LLC is a custom fabrication shop specializing in providing ground up concept development, design, engineering, and fabrication of unique solutions for trade show displays, tactical equipment storage, CNC Plasma signage, and other functional components.
Sierra November LLC provides clients with the ability to source highly customized, low volume solutions for unique problems or scenarios. Our focus is ALWAYS on solving the end users actual problems or enhancing their current capabilities. If you know what you need, then we can build exactly what you want. If you prefer to just explain your problem on a call or with a picture, we can develop, design and build you the solution you need.
“Eds process makes it extremely easy for us to get outstanding results with very little input or time on our part. We either send him a product that we want to display, or explain the problem in a call, and within days he provides digital renderings and exact specifications of the proposed solution. The end results have always exceeded our expectations and significantly increased the effectiveness of our trade show setups.”
"Since you made the display racks for the Safariland Federal / Military team our time setting up and taking down has been cut in half. Our displays no longer look like a flea market but now look professional and organized. Your displays have saved us both in time and shipping as well as being extremely professional and nice in appearance. Thank you for your work and support”
"This package gave my presentation and products a fresh new look. The stands and displays emphasize the products and hold up much better to constant packing and unpacking. The best benefit however, is the scalability of the kit. I have been able to use this for small, medium, and large trade show settings. Today I unpacked a pelican 1520 case with 2 of the heads I used for a small display and repacked all the heads and armor stand into a pelican 1650 for a medium display, while leaving the large display in the pelican 1660 at home. Still plenty of room for my products in all cases. Well thought out, first class show gear from Sierra November."
The folks on the line know what they need better than anyone. We work directly with them to ensure the process remains focused on a clear end-state. Once we understand the problem, we can develop a unique solution in house or bring your own ideas and bar napkin sketches to life.
We know what's its like to lug around equipment. So wether it's flying with a hard case or shipping a pallet, we design everything to intelligently meet the specific requirements of the users. Strong, lightweight, efficient use of space, and easy to assemble are always a core focus.
Conceptual designs, dimensions, and color options can be reviewed by the actual end user to ensure it meets their exact requirements. Even when the concept is not complicated enough to require a CAD design, the goal is always to have as much of the product as possible fully rendered and approved prior to fabrication.
Seamless integration of CAD Design with CNC Plasma cutting, Multi-Material 3D Printing, milling, turning, and in house sewing allow for uniquely integrated solutions and highly specialized components that would otherwise be cost prohibitive for low volume production.
Since the actual end users are involved from concept to delivery, the final product will always perform exactly as they intended.
